I am 32 weeks pregnant. What can I do to have atleast average baby weight ?

hi I am twinkle I am 32 weeks pregnant and fetal wight is only 1410 gms , dr says baby weight is low. what can i do to have atleast average baby weight?

welcome to HCM.
Read your prob, in 8th month of pregnancy, the fetal weight is below than normal range. but u have still sufficient time to increase its weight. for that u have to take high protein diet, vitamin and minerals enriched diet. it will increase the weight of fetus

in 32 weeks if foetus will have 1.8kg it is ok.don't worry now a days there are a lot of preparation to increase the fetal weight like alamine infusion,alamine forte tablets and l arginine sachets,discussed it with your gyne .you have to take well balanced diet also
