i am 29 years old and i have type 2 diabetes, i am trying to loose 50 lbs, and i am stuck! need tips? i excersice 3-4 days a week, and i have already lost 76 lbs, but i am stuck. i need help!

Firstly congrats on your achievement. You might have reached the phase of saturation right now. Whether you need to loose weight are not depends on your BMI. Anyway continue the good work. Diet and exercise is the key. If your BMI is less than 25, then there is no need to loose weight, but just maintain it the same.

reduce ur food intake , eat lot of cucumber and raw vegetables . no oil no nonveg no milk and milk products . daily 5 kilometer jog twice a day . it will definitely reduce ur wt .

hi,
balance your intake and output... as pre your intake output should be more then there will be wight loss. Do steam bath along with massage twice in a week and contineue exersise definatly lose your wight and suger level. But check your suger level inbetween.
