Hello nikolaos;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The ideal BP of a person is 120/80 mm Hg and so your BP of 80/60 is low and can be due to reasons like reduced intake of water;excessive sweating; depletion of electrolytes.So please consult a doctor and get examined and till then you need to drink lots of water plain and even with electrolyte added to it and hopefully you should be fine.
Take care.

60 is a okay bottom number but, 80 is a very low. I think you need to see your doctor. Blood pressure is nothing to sit around and wait about. Normal is 110/60's. If your heart rate is below 60 beats per min. while your blood pressure is this low it can be very dangerous. Is it that low all the time or is that the lowest it has gotten??
