grows pain in the lower abdomen is common. There is no need to worry about it.For your diet I would suggest you to take food with more protein like soyabeen etc. Take more green leafy vegetables. Eggs, fish and meat if you prefer. Antacids like Rantac
can be useful but please don't abuse. Using stairs 2to3 times a day is good continue.
