I am 20 years old. What natural diet plans to take to gain weight ?

hii sir I am narsimha my age is 20 . my weight is 47kgs.I want to gain my weight naturally by food pls suggest me daily food procedure how much and what to take....

hey dood , i,m not a dr. .i,m a biology student . about health a general advice is taking food like potatoes , egg , fish , chicken will help u to increase ur weight but u must be mentaly fit with self confidense . ya dood it works really . even i,m suceed in this matter . taking proper exercise is the best theory . well see bro. gym is for those who want to built his body , not for those who already had builten his body . so best advice is take proper food and do exercise .... and main thing is dont sit always nervous. just try to keep happy as u are

you can also increase intake of potato,sweets,mango,banana into your diet.
take handful of nuts with dates daily.

it will help u ,be positive and give yourself a fresh try

You should include a nutrition plan which is high in protein and calcium.

add milk and milk product,
non veg & eggs,
green leafy vegs

not to forget exorcize also plays an imp role.
