I am 14 years old female weighing 167 lbs. What should be my diet plans ?

I am a 14 year old female. I am currently trying to lose weight . I have a couple questions. What is the average weight for a girl my age? My current weight is 167 lbs and my height is 5 6. And what do you suggest for a balanced diet?

you are in growing age
have high protein balanced diet .avoid fast foods, fried foods,cold drinks oily foods ,cake,pastry sweets minimum .better not to take
regular exercise is must
no short cut to weight reduction
