Hello!
Stress can affect your body in many ways and this may be what is happening to you. It could be your bodies natural response to protect you. Have you considered talking to a health care professional such as a counselor to help you manage this problem?
All the best

I have found that my stress/anxiety reduced with:

(1) Use of Ashvagandha herbal supplement.
(2) Use of a mix of basil+green tea (organic) and completely stopping coffee, black tea etc.

In addition Yoga/Pranayam will also help.

PS: These things dont wor like the Rx PILLS and it needs time to start showing results on body. In any ase they do no harm.

Welcome to HCM.
Feeling of shaky and cold is due to anxiety.you are very conscious perticularly for bad news.It happehs with everybodies life but you have to become strong to face it.otherwise you have to go for some medical management.
Increase your self confidence by eating good nutrious diet, reading good positive books, meditation.
If you feel more and more than consult psychiatrist.
