I always get up in the middle of the night

I always get up in the middle of the night to pee, which is normal. I used to (approximately once per month) be extremely dizzy for this and my dizziness would last into the next day. It is now happening every night/next day. In fact if I tilt my head back to look up, I will loose my balance and feel light headed. Any thoughts?

Hi, for the past 10 days, I have thrown up in the middle of the night. Even though I feel fine during the day. I have not being doing anything different than usual so I don t think it is stress, definitely is not from drinking, and it is my same diet... What could it be? I m starting to get worried.

Periodically I wake in the middle of the night feeling very nauseous - numerous times and at 6am when I m scheduled to wake up. Also happens (less often) during the day. I may be at my desk at work and extreme nausea comes over me, but I don t vomit and it goes away as quickly as it came on.
