General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that blood is coming from your teeth or ulcer in the mouth or congested nose due to infection.
You go for dental check up,ENT check up and x ray chest to rule out some pathology in the lungs.

Homeopath Dr. Anshita Singh Rathore's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum

So this blood is seen in you saliva or sputum (what comes out when you cough)?

If its saliva, then this is gum bleeding, for which a dentist has to be seen.

If its your phlegm, then a general physician.

For gum disease you can take homeopathic medications. And oral hygiene is must. LIke brushing twice a day (gently) and rinsing mouth after eating anything .

Takecare
