I frequently have a burning, achy sensation in my arms and legs, usually in the evening and upon waking. I have had it for years but it seems to be getting worse. I am female, 55. It is not my joints. It is in the top layers of my skin. I am in pretty decent shape otherwise.

Hi, frequently I seem to be getting red bumps on my lower legs and arms that become really itchy and turn into scabs that bleed and leave a scar. They started on my legs and seem to be spreading as I see more appearing every day. What could this be a result of?
