Does Lithium Orotate Affect The Brain?

I AM TAKING THE LIFE EXXTENSION PRODUCT memory protect)Nd have been for acouple of weeks. It is supposed to improve memory. At first it did but now I am having a lot more of recent memory loss! it contains Lithium as Lithium Oratate 600 mcg and colostrimim 1-- mcg. Have harmed my brain? {;is I am legally blind with macular degeneration so please excise spelling errors!

Hi,

Few articles are published have shown that lithium is an important to eliminate the glutamine from brain which is important excitatory neurotransmitter cause brain cell damage.

But few studies have shown the higher lithium concentrations could be accounted for by the lower kidney function. It seems inadvisable to use lithium orotate for the treatment of patients. Higher doses may lead to short term memory loss. So before taking it please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
