I’ve never been seen by a doctor for this (mainly due to embarrassment and thinking it’s not a big issue) but every now and then, mainly when I have a full bladder, it will feel uncomfortable (almost painful) to urinate, I can’t quite describe the feeling to be honest. I’ve never had a uti or and std. should I get a physician?

Hi, I m a 21 year old girl. I haven t felt hungry since I was 13. I don t have a problem with food, I eat normally, but it s because I like to eat, not because I m hungry. I m neither fat nor thin, just normal and perfectly healthy. But like I said, I never ever feel hungry. I tested myself, like going for a long time eating nothing, and still, no hunger. Every time I ve asked a doctor about it, they would just say You must eat , but I already do... Nothing seems to explain why I m never hungry. It s not a bad thing I guess, but something could be wrong... Do you have any insight?

I had surgery 20 years ago, one of many.It was supposed to be a 45 minute laporoscopy. I woke up in ICU 8 hours later. The doctor cut a main artery and had to wait for a vascular surgeon to be flown in from another hospital. He took a vein from my ankle and patched me up.They kept telling me the pain would subside after e few years. Here I am 20 years later still in cronic pain.

Hello, I am a 31 yr old female, in good health, on no medications. For years I have been physically active--running, use stairclimber, elliptical machine, kickboxing , etc. One year ago, I started having slight pain in my knee (inside cap). Saw an ortho who recommended ice, rest and wearing brace when resuming activities. Soon, I was having pain in other knee and both were worsening. Doc prescribed 3 month phys therapy and rest/ice. I completed therapy with little to no improvement that could be acheived with simple rest. With any activity, even walking, I have pain and have not been able to resume my former activities. I ve seen another MD who offered scope procedure, but was not optimistic it would help. I received cortisone shots in both knees that help momentarily. I am very frustrated and will be seeing yet another doc, but wonder if I might be dealing with something else. X-rays indicate that my joints are healthy, but will they stay that way and am I damaging the cartilage? Any advice/direction would be greatly appreciated.
