I’ve Been Experiencing Back Pain, Chest Pain, Neck Pain And

I’ve been experiencing back pain, chest pain, neck pain and chronic migraines due to having large breasts for my size, I’m 5’7 and around 145 pounds and I’m a 36DD. I went to my primary doctor for this issue and she sent a referral to plastic surgeons in my area but none of them accept my insurance and when I went for my appointment I was 162 so my body was slightly more proportional but now my collar bone feels like it’s being pulled off by my breasts. I’m 16 and I really do enjoy sports and running but I haven’t been able to do that since middle school because my breasts cause too much trouble. I read that if I lost a lot of weight i could reduce my breast size but I think that’s really unhealthy so I was wondering if there were any natural things I could do
