I’m a 23 year old female on birth control pills

I’m a 23 year old female on birth control pills and Accutane. I was sexually active last month but I did use proper protection. I just did have a period, but now I am having lower back pain and mild cramps. I took multiple pregnancy tests just to be sure and they were all negative. Why am I having this cramping and back pain?. Is it the Accutane or should I be worried about something else?

Hello I am a 44 year old female taking a birth control pill (Aubra Levonorgestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol tablets USP, 0.1mg/0.02mg) for about year now continuously so that I do not get a monthly period. Both gyns at the planned parenthood that I go to have told me this is safe...however I have a friend who works for a homeopathic physician that has now scared me, and is telling me that I need a monthly period to shed the uterine lining. I had done my own research prior to doing this as well as consulted with the other gyn s but I would like another opinion, just in case. Thank you so much for your response, Tracyann

Hello, I am a 30 year old female. I have been thinking about taking a form of birth control, but im terrified to be on any birth control. I have taken it before in order to loose hair and had a very bad experience. I do not want anything to change my body. I am afraid of pain, loosing hair, gaining more hair, loosing weight, gaining weight, affecting pregnancy in the future, mood swings, different monthly cycles, spotting, being heavy or having a light PMS. I have a very difficult type of personality and when I m used to something that I have lived without for so long, its hard to make a change. I m scared about the whole situation. Any advice will help please. I have not yet seen a doctor or mad any appointments to discuss this. Thank you
