I’m 40 and have been lifting weights, running and exercising

I’m 40 and have been lifting weights, running and exercising my whole life. I eat well and I do not drink, do drugs or anything abnormally unhealthy. I was told after a sonogram that I have large blood vessels in my liver and they want to do a CT scan now. The only issues I ever had and continue to have is IBS issues which I’ve had since I was 18. Can you please tell me what you think is going on? Thank you

I cannot sit with right leg bent (in flexion) without great pain. Days prior to this pain it felt like my hip needed to pop. Now I can walk without pain, but certain movement sent sharp pain in my groin. I exercise often, but I don t want to make it worse. Should I continue running and lifting weights?
