I’m 19 years old and I just recently stopped taking

I’m 19 years old and I just recently stopped taking birth control. Since being on birth control I never had a regular period until this past month. About a week ago I started spotting a little and just thought it might be the start to my period but it stayed light for a few days and then stopped and now I haven’t ate barely anything in nearly a week because I have absolutely no appetite and when I think about eating I feel nauseous. Ive also noticed a few other things like a lot of cramping and weird cramping pains in my sides when I cough. At first I thought I could be pregnant and I took some test but they came back negative. Is it possible that I am pregnant and it’s just too early to show on a test? Please help

Recently my period has become more irregular. I noticed it started when I went to school this past January, I skipped a period and then the next time I got my period it lasted for 11 days. I once again skipped my period for a month and recently got my period but now it s been going on for 14 days. It isn t as heavy as my normal period but it isn t as light as spotting. I haven t been on birth control and am not sexually active and I m 19.
