Hypertension And Tiredness. Youngster With Active, Healthy Lifestyle. What Could Be The Reason?

good morning doc,
i am a 27 year old guy Height-178 cms my weight is around 87 kgs which is on a higher side i am a active guy but my work profile is not so active ,i exercise vigorously for two or three days in a week but still my BP is on a higher side 145/95.Even i am a vegetarian and neither drink nor smoke i am in lots of trouble because i get tired very soon even feel very lethargic. please help me out.even my diet is alright and my sugar level is 105 after food.
