Hello Dear
Good to see that your BP was under control with the medication and also hope for diabetic medications. You have be prescribed a good medication to control your blood sugar level. Check your fasting blood sugar for 3 days of taking medication and according doses can be increased or decreased.
In addition to the medication you have to change your life style which helps you in controlling both BP and Blood sugar.
Do regular exercise.
Reduce your weight if you are over weight.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Avoid all type of fatty. oily and sugary food
Use baked food as much as you can.
Keep you lipid profile in control.
Hope this will help you.
Best Wishes and have a healthy life.
