Hello mustafayevag,
Thank you for your query. It sounds like you are having quite a lot of trouble with your son's behavioral problems. I am afraid I am not too sure what medication Amilab Noofen is, but Sizodon is risperidone, a medication usually used for anxious and agitated children. I am concerned that medicating your son is an extreme approach given his age. Hyperactivity, scattered thought patterns, easy distraction and a short attention span are normal in children under the age of six. So I wouldn't worry too much about you sons behavior until then. Even after he age of six, we only medicate young children if their behavior is isolating them form their peers or significantly affecting their learning or safety.
I would seek another appointment with a child psychologist or an educational psychologist. If your son attends nursery or preschool it would be helpful to get a report on his behavior outside the home and any concerns his teachers may have. Children that have challenging behavior in only one environment and are angels elsewhere do not have an underlying medical condition.
It is worth having his hearing tested. Some children with mild hearing impairment may miss certain instructions, or interrupt frequently making them appear naughty and rude when they have just not heard. They can also become frustrated and act out to get attention.
Make sure he is getting at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep as fatigue can make children irritable and hyperactive.

At home it is important that you develop a routine and stick to it. It is important that all adults involved in his care (mum, dad, aunties etc) have a united front and agree what behavior is acceptable and what isnt. If not things can get very confusing for children, and they try to repeatedly get away with naughty things with every adult they encounter.
Ignore bad behavior and reward good behavior. This positive reinforcement will encourage him to repeat the good behavior that got him lots of cuddles and compliments and abandon the bad ones that never got him any attention.
I hope you have found this advice helpful. It can be quite exhausting taking care of a challenging child, if you are stressed or exhausted they take advantage, so it is important that you seek support from family and friends.
