Hurt On Penis, After Oral Sex. Had Syphilis. Is It An Infection?
I recently have received oral sex . the next day i noticed a bum that hurt on my penis . I tried to pop it and cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide 35% diluted. I feel like just passed the head is wet but when I feel it there is nothing there. what could cause this. I have had syphilis before and im wondering if it was dormant and is popping back up or if I contracted something else from receiving oral

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed bump on your penis following oral sex.
Mostly it is an abrasion due to vigorous and rough sucking of glans during oral sex by your girl friend.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily. and apply topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily..
Avoid any sexual encounter till it heals up completely.
It does not look to be due to syphilis this can be confirmed by microscopic examination of a swab from the bump.
