You said that you have a dark strip of back color on bridge of nose. For this discoloration of skin don t worry, I suspect this is because of sub cutaneous haematoma which will resolve in two to three weeks time. As far as on turning face down as you feel pain in neck and some dizziness, this demands clarification to avoid further complication you are advice for- (1) C.T. scan of head to rule out edema and any fracture and intra cranial haematoma.
