No breathing obstruction. swelling has finally gone down on my nose leaving a dark stripe accross my nose down from the bridge of my nose. I have been taking Motron for my face aches. the back of my neck hurts at the base of my spine to my skull . moving around too fast and bending down fast makes my head ach and I get nausea so I sit down and it seems to help.

Thanks for writing to H.C.M.for writing query.
I read your problems regarding accidental injury on face and neck on sudden fell on ice about 3 days back.
You said that you have a dark strip of back color on bridge of nose. For this discoloration of skin don't worry, I suspect this is because of sub cutaneous haematoma which will resolve in two to three weeks time. As far as on turning face down as you feel pain in neck and some dizziness, this demands clarification to avoid further complication you are advice for-
(1) C.T. scan of head to rule out edema and any fracture and intra cranial haematoma.
(2) X-Ray cervical spine.
Depending on the investigation report and clinical findings treatment can be planed, meanwhile you can take analgesics and anti vertiginous drugs.

With Regards.
