Hunger pains even after sufficient food. Suggestions?

Hi, As of early hours this morning I could not sleep and felt like I had hunger pains. I have eaten today small breakfast, I had lunch and drunk 2 glasses of water today, 2 cups of coffee and I have just had a bowl of cereal. I still have this really annoying pain in my tummy like a hunger pain. I will eat again as I m not sure whether it s a hunger pain or something else but I couldn t sleep last night ended up having only three hours in total and dont think I ll sleep much tonight if this feeling doesn t subside..... I have picked up a cold but doubt its related. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
