How​ Can Endometriosis Be Treated?

Hi Sir, My name is priti. I m 21 years old. I lives in Lucknow (India). I m having some endometriosis problem on my ovary. I m seeking a best cure for this problem but I could not get a correct treatment yet.. I also got my altrasound report. Sir just let me know how I can send to my report to you... ???

Hi, I think you should take some hormone treatment to relieve the pain caused b6 endometriosis. The basis of treatment is suppression of ovulation which can be done using various hormonal methods like oral contraceptive pill, GnRH analogues or dienogest. If endometriosis is very severe or there are large endometriotic ovarian cyst, you may need a diagnostic laparoscopy with removal of cyst. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
