General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Consult a general surgeon and evaluated. An ultrasound scan is required. A short course of antibiotics might be required preferably Amoxclav.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
