I have no started regular periods and I am wanting a baby. after reading reviews online I know it can be difficult to get pregnant after the depo but I have now been off the depo for 7-8month. what is the best possible way to spead up me getting pregnant. me and my partner desperatley want a baby and it seems to be taking ages? any tips or suggestions on how to speed things up?

Hi,
Thsnks for the query .I understand your concern.
Depo contraceptive shots take 6-10 months to get regular menses. Please wait for 2 more months... you may resume normal periods automatically.
Side by side you can get investigation like usg/ thyroid function test to exclude any other possible cause for menstrual problem (which may be coincidence)
Thanks.
