Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
As you have gone through various test and they are normal, it means that you do not have any heart related disease. With regard to your blood pressure status I recommend you to get your blood pressure tested for 3 consecutive days and if it is high, it means that you need medication to lower your blood pressure or else you do not need medication.
Normal blood pressure for adults is less than 140 over 90.
In order to control blood pressure follow the given below advice:
1. Regular exercise such as brisk walking for at least 30 minutes per day
2. Consume a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and low fat dairy products.
3. Reduce salt intake to less than 5 grams per day (1 teaspoon is approximately 5 grams)
4. Get your blood pressure checked at least once in 6 months.
Hope that answers you question.
Regards, Dr.Imaad
