How To Withdraw From Lithium And Olanzapine?

I have Bipolar 1 disorder. I have been taking lithium 900 mg (blood level 0.63), olanzapine 2.5 mg for 4 months and buproprion 150mg for 20 days Though I take meds I get weird thoughts and urges to beat people,get naked in public etc I want to come off lithium and olanzapine. What meds can I take instead ?
