Hello

Thanks for the query

Fever might not be related to withdrawal effects of this combination drug and it is not recommended that he withdraws from this drug without supervision.
In our set up we admit the patient for a week and withdraw it slowly. Any withdrawal effects are managed symptomatically. Some of the serious side effects include sweating, palpitations, dryness of mouth, seizures and extreme violence and irritablility

I hope I was of help

Regards
