Hello dear
Understand your concern.
For safe and successful abortion, it should be used under observation after confirming early intrauterine pregnancy by transvaginal USG. Do not use this pill at home without advice of gynecologist as it cause serious complication that require emergency treatment and special care.
600 mg mifepristone orally should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally/orally after 24 hours. Dose and schedule should be modified by gynecologist for successful abortion if no bleeding. Post abortion USG after 14 days for confirmation of incomplete abortion.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
