Hi,

If your level of vit D and vit b12 is low in spite of taking it in good amount and you also suffer from Hashimoto disease, we should first rule out any associated malabsorption syndrome like celiac disease or pernicious anemia first so to know the cause.

Regarding intake of toy can't absorb, both of them can be taken through injection in the muscles. So talk to your doctor in this regard as he may advise the injections and can be easily used. They may be only needed once in a few months once replenished.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
