Hello
I went through your question and understand your concern. All women experience certain hormonal changes post pregnancy that is normal and almost anything is considered normal when it comes to periods while breastfeeding. Breastfeeding, however, suppresses menstruation at least for a while but over a period of time it comes back to the normal once breastfeeding is stopped.
Breastfeeding also acts a natural contraceptive measure for a while. In your case the medical history given by you, i understood your concern about taking emergency contraceptive pill. But,you must know that emergency pills work only if taken within 48 hours of intercourse.
I would advice you to consult a gynecologist or the doctor you had your previous baby with as soon as possible. As the delay will only make it more difficult for you.
Hope your concern is answered by me.
Thank you.
