How To Use Unwanted Kit For Termination Of Pregnancy?

hi doctor i missed my period its been 10 days frm my period date so whn i checked pregnency test it showed positive hence foreth as me and my husband r not in a stage t continue dis baby we decieded to abort t v brought the unwanted kit there is no instruction whn to use how to use it please temme how to use it and whn to use it

Medical termination of early intrauterine pregnant should be done after getting opinion from the gynecologist (after pelvic examination and transvaginal USG by confirming pregnancy is in uterus and age is less than 9 week) and under medical surveillance.Do not use at home without proper guidance as it cause serious complication like failure of abortion, excessive bleeding, infection, ectopic pregnancy that require surgery and special attention of gynecologist.
By method mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally/orally after 24 hour under observation of gynecologist, dose and schedule can be modified if no induced bleeding. Generally bleeding will start in 1-2 hour after last pill and may continue up to 4-5 days. Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to confirm the completeness process of abortion and any other complication.Post abortion advice:Rest for 24-48 hour, analgesic, nutritional diet with iron supplements, maintain pelvic hygiene to prevent infections and use safe sex practice in future.
