General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you are detecting an anatomical abnormality then you may need to be examined by your doctor but if you have been assessed previously and not told of any problems, then you should be ok,

Swelling can occur in response to infection so it is possible that this is the case for you.
An oral antifungal may be useful eg fluconazole.

I hope this helps
