How To Use Misoprotal Table?
I have taken MTPILL 200 mg, and then taken Misoprotal tablet after 6 hrs ( 600 mg). When i study on net, it is given that Misoprostal should be taken buccal adminstration whereas i have taken it orally. I am not finding much of bleeding. I am 2 weeks +26 days pregnet

Misoprostol is a synthetic prostaglandin medication that is used in the treatment of gastric ulcers and in the medical termination of the pregnancy.
Misoprostol is available in the form of tablet which can be taken orally, sublingually (under the tongue) or it can be traditionally used into vagina. Many studies have already suggested that oral Misoprostol is as effective as vaginal Misoprostol. Heavy bleeding generally begins 1-4 hours after using Misoprostol, but it may begin between 24 and 72 hours later. If heavy bleeding hasn't occurred by the 72 hour time frame, it indicates the abortion didn't happen and you should consult your doctor immediately for the next abortion plan.
