Melacare cream is a combination of three ingredients namely Hydroquinone, Mometasone and Tretinoin. It is used to treat melasma or dark spots on skin. Hydroquinone is a skin lightening medication. It is recommended to apply the cream to the affected areas of skin twice every day. Elosone Ht Cream, Skinlite Cream and Luminosa M Cream are medications which have the same composition, strength and form as Melacare Cream, and hence can be used as its substitute. Do not use any random creams without doctor's consultation and prescription.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
