How To Unclog Ear Plug Debris From Ears?

ear
I have ear plug debris clogged in both my ears. I feel no pain and not much discomfort, nor hearing loss. But it does cause excess wax n itching and it annoys me to know and hear that it is in there. I have no health care plan @ the moment; is there a home remedy or something I can do myself?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query; best method to remove the debris are
1. Liquid paraffin 5 drops 5 times a day for 5 days.
2. Tablet fexofenadine 120 mg once in a day for 5 days.

For better management consult ENT Specialist.

Thanks
