How To Treat Whole Body Itch Without Any Rash?

My daughter feels itchy all over her body,...it came on all of a sudden after wrk today. She works in retail at a mall. She is now taking an oatmeal bath to see if it will help the itch...no rash, no welts...she says her whole body feels like pinpricks, including her face

Hello dear
Thanks for your query at hcm
I understand your concern.

Itching all over the body suddenly might be from food allergy. If there is any known allergy to any food please try to avoid it. let her take tab cetrizine 5 mg in night that will decrease the itching. If not relived or any any rash consult physician immediately
Hope I answered your query.
Regards.
