How To Treat Whitish Yellow Bumps In The Back Of Mouth?
Hello I have these whitish yellowish small bumps in the back of my mouth, they are not on my tonsils and i am aware of what tonsil stones are. There are 3-4 of them in the left side of my mouth along with a skin tag type thing, & 1-2 in the right side. The left side is what's bothering me, it hurts when I swallow sometimes. Overly sensitive. It's in between the back of my tongue and the bottom of my tonsils. I always have extra mucus discharge and have had it for a long time! I hock up a lot of hard mucus. It feels like I have a pill stuck there but I can clearly see I don't. You can't see them unless I turn my tongue to the opposite side. Please help.

As per your query you have whitish -yellow spot on back of your mouth . Well the symptoms you mention in query are probably occurring due to acid reflux . Sometimes there is no symptoms present in acidic reflux like heart burn and this condition is known as silent reflux . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order endoscopy of esophagus , X-ray of upper digestive system and test to check the acidity of esophageal content to confirm the diagnosis and rule out causes like tonsillitis , pus formation , pharyngitis and tonsil stones . Dotor may prescribe proton pump inhibitor and H2 blocker . For now avoid spicy and fatty food specially at night and eat small and frequent meals .
