How To Treat White Bumps On Throat?

I have white bumps on my throat. Pain swallowing. A lot of mucus/catarrh. No runny nose. Had a fever 3 days seems to be only there when ibuprofen wears off. Now coughing more and have pain on right side of lower chest. Had a Quincy a few years ago but doesn t appear to ve any swelling. Was told then that after my tonsillectomy when a child some tissue was left behind and maybe this is causing oriblems

Hi welcome to HCM....

As you are having more cough , fever and mucus it could be bronchitis or other form of chest infection....

Your chest x ray should be done to evaluate your case. ...

For cough mucolytic given like ambroxol...
Take levofloxacin 500 mg OD
antibiotic for 5 days .....

Steam inhalation done three times a day ...
More water ....

Salt water gargles done ...

Avoid excess spicy foods ....

Take diominic dca like decongestent...

If still no improvement than sputum examination , throat swab like investigation needed ...
