Hi,

As long as the stool tests resulted normal, then, your child is having stomach viral infection (with watery stools).

It is good that you started nor-metrogyl. Please bare in mind that oral therapy will take up to 2 days to show effectiveness. So, you might need time for the improvement to come.

Meanwhile, I suggest to start taking:
- tasectan for watery stools
- otc o.r.s to prevent dehydration
- give him plenty of water
- keep good hygienic measures (wash hands).

Wish fast recovery to your son!
