my 63 yr old husband has been vomiting for 5 days. I thought he had some type of stomach virus but am thinking it could be something else, He has not had a bowel movement in the past 5 days and looks very sick. when should I be concerned, My husband refuses to go to the Dr

Hello.In a person with persisting vomiting and no bowel movement in the last five days is necessary to rule out Bowel Obstruction,an severe pathology. Please go as soon as possible to an Emergency Service.
