General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Did you have a problem in both ovaries or only right one? If the left ovary is normal, it can produce enough estrogen. Check your blood estrogen level. If it's low starting Ethinyl estradiol pills. If required, apply it's cream in the vagina also. But consult a gynecologist before starting this treatment. Also, get ultrasound abdomen done to rule out left ovarian abnormalities.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
