Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Any female child presenting with recurrent/persistent urinary tract infection requires further evaluation to know the cause.
I would suggest you the following investigation in consultation with your Pediatrician
1. Ultrasound of abdomen
2. Voiding cystourethrogram

It is important to rule out vesico Ureteric reflux as the cause of the recurrence.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
Best Regards
