How To Treat Urine Infection?

my teenage daughter had urine infection few days back where her pus cells were 60-80/hpf and WBC was 16500 but now i did a test again where the pus cells are 1-2/hpf urine report is clear but wbc count is increased to 21200, what is the reason for the elevated WBC when there is no urine infection now

A significant quantity of white blood cells in the urine usually indicate the presence of an infection.

The fact that she still as a high quantity would either mean that it is a lab error and the test bears repeating or the infection is unresolved.

You may want to consider having another sample assessed, the cells are high again in the repeat then some form of infection is present.
