How to treat urinary tract infection?

I have had a urinary tract infection for 4 weeks am on antibioict and still have pain on left side an want to stay in bed I am on my second round of antibiotics plus got a shot of antibiotics Thursday but am not feeling any better and my urine is a dark yellow color

I have gone through your query. Culture and sensitivity of urine should be carried out in your case. Antibiotics should be changed according to the sensitivity if required. Possibility of problems like pyelonephritis or stonrs should be ruled out by doing ultrasound examination. Taking cranberry juice or barley water is good. Potassium citrate in water will be helpful to alkalize urine and will be helpful in relieving pain and infection faster.
