How To Treat Upper Cervical Lymphadenopathy?

my 6 months baby tends to bend her neck more to the right side, her pediatrician noticed that at her 6 months vaccination appointment so he requested neck ultrasound, where they found upper cervical lymphadenopathy more on the left side, so the radiologist asked me if she had recent sore throat , I told her she had like fever and runny nose 3 days after the vaccine and still was having it at time of US. should I be worried about lymphoma or lukemia or it could be just because of vaccination or fever?

Welcome to HCM

Lymphnodes in our body enlarges in case of infection.
Cervical lymphnodes enlarges in case of URTI, throat infection.
You have taken an ultrasound of the neck and according to your description it seems to be insignificant.

So you dont have to worry about it. If it doesnot settle after few days once her cold is settled she might require a course of oral antibiotics.

It is necessary to rule out tuberculosis. She might reqire few basic investigations like mantoux.

Do not worry unnecessarily about conditions like leukemia and lymphoma.
