How To Treat Uncomfortable Bloated Stomach Soon After Eating Anything?

Hello, I am here because I feel like when I eat my food is not digesting the way it show. Sometimes after I eat I feel so boated and it is to the point where I am uncomfortable. Today alone my stomach has been bothering me all day and I only ate oatmeal. when I got home I had a small dinner and I feel so bloated. Sometimes it will feel like I have to have a bowel movement and I when I try it will either hurt or I can not go at all.

Hi, I went through your query. Certain types of food cause more bloating. Eating too much fibre causes bloating since it cannot be digested and bacteria in the gut acts on it to produce gas which causes bloating. Again too little fibre cause delayed bowel movements as a result of which bacteria acts on the remnants of digestion for a long time so again results in gas formation and bloating. Again drinking milk causes bloating in some people. Eating spicy chilly food often causes hyperacidity which can result in bloating sensation. I would advise you to identify the types of food that cause bloating and avoid them. When you do get bloated you should take an antacid preparation containing simethicone. To prevent hyperacidity you can take famotidine or pantoprazole if the condition usually lasts long. Hope this helps.
