How To Treat Twitching Of The Left Eye Due To An Injury?

Hi. Yesterday a window rod fell and hit me on my left temple. Since then my left eyelid will not stop twitching. It is starting to worry me-like I hit a nerve, or shook the brain up- and on top of that, after walking around in the cold, I got into a store and immediately felt faint. My vision started to get foggy and I started feeling weak an numb. I started to really panic because as I was pushing my 3 year old in his stroller, I could barely feel the handles. As if my hands went numb and felt weightless. Could this be a result of my hit to the head, or does this have anything to do with walking like crazy in the cold, and entering a warm store..??
