How To Treat Torn Ligament In Ankle?
Hi. I think I tore a ligament in my ankle. My foot and ankle is swollen all over down to my toes and I have bruising on both sides of my ankle. The original swelling started at the lumpy bit just forward and down on the outside ankle. The pain is fairly mild. Is a complete tear painful, and how does a ligament heal? Or does it?

Dear why do you think that it is a ligament that is torn.Have you got xray ankle done ?The symptoms you are telling could be fracture or ligament torn or only displacement of bone.But first xray needs to be done to see ,what exactly is injured and then it can be treated accordingly.
