Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain tiny bumps on soft palate can be due to causes like viral
throat infection while can also be due to
allergic reaction to any food or medication.
It can also be due to Herpes virus infection..
Post nasal drip caused due to
sinusitis can also be a cause..
Eating very hot foods or gargling with concentrated solution of mouthwash can also cause thermal or chemical injury leading to small bumps over the soft palate..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can only help in diagnosing the exact cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now you can do warm saline gargles..
Avoid spicy and very hot foods..
If you use a mouthwash gargle with a dilute solution by making a 1:1 solution of water and mouthwash..
You should maintain a good
oral hygiene..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
